Chris, who joined Colliers in 2011, uses her long term relationships as well as her knowledge of the history and growth of the Omaha metro area to assist her as part of the Office and Retail Services Groups. She positions the Colliers platform, along with its significant local market presence in Omaha, to accelerate the success of the numerous relationships she has established throughout her career.
She concentrates on office leasing, Landlord and Tenant representation of national, regional and local clients. Additionally, Chris has positioned herself as a top producer and is a 2025 Colliers Nebraska President Circle member, and a 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2023 member of the Chairman’s Club which recognizes the top five producers within the Nebraska brokerage team. Chris was also awarded the 2018 Colliers Nebraska Deal of the Year.
