Lindsay oversees mixed-use and retail developments throughout Iowa and Nebraska. Working with an experienced development team, Lindsay also vets development opportunities for the firm and provides financial and leasing analysis.
Before joining Lockwood Development, Lindsay worked as a retail commercial broker for ten years and specialized in project leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. Her tenant rep and site selection work took her throughout Iowa, Nebraska, and the Dakotas for national and regional retailers. In addition, Lindsay brings a diverse background to the company with prior experience in other commercial real estate disciplines, including market analysis, property management, and commercial title in major markets throughout Texas.
Lindsay is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Nebraska and Iowa, a CCIM candidate, and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
