Tim began his career in state and local government, working as a legislative aid in the Nebraska Unicameral and then as an Assistant Public Defender in Douglas County.During the recession of 2008, Tim was a staff attorney at Fidelity National Title Group in Omaha where he managed high exposure title insurance claims resulting from fraud. He was part of a team that coordinated with local and federal law enforcement, departments of insurance, and title agency representatives to address illegal activity affecting title and escrow. He continued in the title insurance industry as general counsel for a large Omaha agency until joining Investors Realty in 2013.Tim served as Chief Operating Officer of Investors Realty until being named President in 2020. As President, he sets the strategic direction of the firm, leads the management team, and assists with business development.
