Scott Dobbe is an architect and advocate for people-centered urban design. As Executive Director of Omaha by Design, he is an agent for enabling and inspiring a more vibrant, livable city for all.

His role encompasses planning, design and development activities – facilitating public engagement and convening experts in pursuit of priorities including affordable housing, multi-modal transportation, public art, sustainable growth and equitable development.

Scott received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska College of Architecture, and his Master of Architecture from Ohio State University. He is a graduate of Leadership Omaha Class 39, past leader of the Greater Omaha Young Professionals Council, and Chair of the City of Omaha Landmarks Heritage Preservation Commission.
