Ashley has spent her 20-year career in the real estate development and construction world. Most notably starting in 2018 when she cofounded Blair Freeman, the first woman owned/black owned, Construction and Owners Representation company in the region. Blair Freeman specializes in community driven project management. Prior to Blair Freeman, she was the EVP of White Lotus Group for 15 years, where she oversaw over $700m in real estate development. Through this 20-year journey, she has become an expert not only in the Development and Construction process but also in business operations.
As a child, her interest in real estate was first sparked when she became fascinated with the differing conditions of real estate in her North Omaha Neighborhood. Her fascination led her to want a career as someone that was able to impact the face of real estate in Omaha. Through this passion, she received her degree in Real Estate, Land Use Economics and Investment Finance at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and Omaha and immediately got to work on the revitalization efforts in her community.
Ashley believes in giving back through service. She currently serves on the Executive Committee for Greater Omaha Chamber, Lozier Foundation Board of Trustees, The Durham Museum, Film Streams, and Omaha Girls Inc. among other organizations.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, watching sports and is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment. She is married to Kristopher Kuhn and has three children Jayla, Alivia and Kristopher II.
