Josh brings a wealth of knowledge in local markets and leverages national relationships through CBRE’s direct lending platforms and his network of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, Life Insurance Companies, Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS), banks, and bridge lender relationships to provide his clients with advantageous permanent financial solutions for their commercial real estate assets.Josh’s commercial real estate career began in 2011 as an underwriting analyst for Haley Real Estate Group in Omaha, where he was responsible for analyzing and underwriting multifamily assets nationwide for investment viability, traveling to prospective acquisition properties to assist in due diligence tasks, and coordinating acquisition/disposition projects.In 2012, Josh further honed his skills at NorthMarq Capital's Omaha office as an investment analyst, associate producer, and loan production officer. Through these roles and promotions, Josh has been directly involved in originating, underwriting, structuring, and closing debt transactions in excess of $500 million dollars.
