Jerry Slusky is a seasoned real estate attorney and developer with 50 years of industry experience. As Co-Principal of SG Communities, he leads the development of community-focused multifamily housing across the Midwest and Southwest with co-principal Yoav Gershoni. Their projects—including The Sterling Apartments, Picket Fence Community, and Verde at Cooley Station—reflect “The Sterling Standard,” SG’s commitment to thoughtful design and long-term value.
Before transitioning full-time to development, Jerry spent over 30 years advising clients on complex real estate transactions, zoning, and deal structuring. His legal background informs his strategic approach to building durable, resident-driven communities.
Jerry is also Founder and Chairman of the CRE Summit, now in its fourth decade. He is a member of ACREL and has been recognized by Chambers & Partners and Best Lawyers in America. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU, a J.D. from Creighton (cum laude), and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
