Bob Panzer is Executive Vice President and Lincoln Market President for Exchange Bank where he enjoys helping new and existing customers with a wide array of products they offer. In twenty-eight years of banking, he started new bank locations for three different banks and was the CFO of a community bank for nine years. Bob graduated form the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and later from the Prochnow Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Over the years, he has been on the Board of JDRF and is currently serving on the Board of LIBA and on the Gala VOY Leadership Team with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Nebraska. Bob and his wife Patty have three children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, golfing and hunting,
