Lindsay brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a well-rounded background spanning title, brokerage, and market research. She joined Lockwood Development in 2019, where she focuses on retail project leasing and commercial development.

In addition to her brokerage expertise, Lindsay has served as project lead on multiple commercial real estate developments, overseeing all phases from initial planning through completion. Her development experience includes land acquisition, entitlement, design and construction coordination, and comprehensive asset management aimed at maximizing long-term value and performance.

Lindsay has brokered over $100 million in investment and development sales and represents a diverse client base—including owners, developers, and national brands—on site selection, new store rollouts, and strategic dispositions across the Upper Midwest.
