Jason Thiellen brings 24 years of leadership, experience, and passion for land development to his role as CEO of E&A. Since joining the company in 2006, Jason has played an integral role in shaping the firm’s growth, culture, and reputation throughout the region. This year, he proudly celebrates 20 years with the company, reflecting both his commitment to the industry and his dedication to the people and clients E&A serves.

Jason joined the Executive Management Team in 2011, was elected Secretary of the Board in 2014, and was named CEO in 2017. Throughout his career, he has remained deeply involved in every stage of the land development process — from concept planning, feasibility studies, and acquisitions to platting, entitlements, engineering coordination, construction, and final sales execution. His broad industry knowledge allows him to guide projects from a high-level strategic perspective while maintaining attention to the details that drive successful outcomes. Early in his leadership career, he combined these disciplines into a unified department, creating streamlined procedures that improved communication, coordination, and project delivery across the organization. His vision helped position E&A as a trusted resource for developers, real estate professionals, architects, title companies, attorneys, and municipalities alike.

As CEO, Jason oversees the company’s strategic direction and vision while maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and strategic partners.  Known for his collaborative leadership style and solutions-oriented mindset, Jason is passionate about creating opportunities for everyone one in the firm to move towards a career they can be proud of, make a mark on the firm, and share in the overall success of the company.
