Dave Fanslau joined the Omaha City Planning Department in December 1989 and has been the Planning Director since June 2017. Throughout his career Dave has worked on numerous planning and community development projects that have had a positive impact on our city. Dave is a lifelong resident of the Omaha area and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
