Zach serves as President, Real Estate for Evergreen Enterprises. With experience developing more than 700 units of multifamily housing totaling more than $135 million in total project value, he leads the multifamily development efforts of Evergreen including financing, design, construction, and operations. Zach is a proud alumnus of the University of Nebraska Real Estate and Land Use Economics program and has been a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska since 2015. Since 2020, Zach has had the pleasure of representing District 4 on the Metropolitan Community College Board of Governors.
