Brian Morrissey is a Nebraska-based commercial real estate attorney with over thirty years of experience advising owners, and investors on projects coast-to-coast. His transactional practice encompasses a wide range of real activities including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management of multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use assets. He represents property owners in condemnation/eminent domain matters and ad valorem property tax appeals, leveraging his deep understanding of both real estate valuation and law to protect asset value.
In 2011, Brian was one of the founders of Metonic Real Estate Solutions and led that organization until 2015 when he returned to the practice of law. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard & Reserves and earned both his J.D. and B.S. from Creighton University, He is admitted to practice in Nebraska and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.
In addition to his legal practice, he is active in his community as a deacon at Coram Deo Church and has served on the boards of Mount Michael Benedictine High School and St. Patrick’s School in Elkhorn.
