Jonathan “Rudy” Rudersdorf is President of the Central Region at Prologis, where he oversees capital deployment, development, operations and overall performance across the central United States. The Central Region comprises approximately 300 million square feet of logistics real estate across ten key markets: Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville, Nashville, Austin, and San Antonio.

Previously, Rudy served as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations for the Central Region. In that role, he led strategic planning, leasing and operating performance, disposition strategy and a regional operations team of approximately 160 employees.

Earlier in his Prologis career, Rudy served as Vice President and Market Officer for Columbus and Cincinnati, where he was responsible for market strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and operations across both markets.

Before joining Prologis, Rudy was a Senior Associate at CBRE, specializing in the representation of corporations and institutions in the acquisition, disposition and development of industrial real estate globally.

In 2021, Rudy was selected for Crain’s Chicago Business 40 Under 40, a prestigious and highly selective recognition honoring 40 of the most accomplished rising business, civic and community leaders in the Greater Chicago region under the age of 40. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University.
