Danny Woodbury oversees all leasing efforts of Woodbury Corporation across its office and retail portfolio. His role extends into development and acquisitions and he works as a project lead on several developments. Mr. Woodbury previously worked at Seritage Growth Properties where he directed redevelopment efforts on a dozen Sears and Kmart’s, and helped formulate the company’s strategic business plan. He was also a senior researcher for the real estate group at Harvard Business School where he researched and wrote Harvard case studies and helped restructure the real estate curriculum. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in engineering from Brigham Young University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated with honors.
