Ted began his real estate career in Omaha as a broker specializing in corporate real estate and office tenant representation. Originally from Los Angeles with degrees in finance and real estate, he previously served as a financial analyst for a major west coast bank. In 1994, he joined Jay Noddle, leveraging his deep analytical background and commercial brokerage experience to lead complex downtown redevelopments and suburban projects—with expertise spanning site acquisition, financial modeling, zoning, entitlements, and municipal incentives.
A proven project executive, Ted’s notable developments with Noddle Companies include Kiewit’s 260,000 SF corporate headquarters and training facility, the 115,000 SF hybrid mass timber building at 1501 Mike Fahey in Omaha’s Builders District, and 340,000 SF of medical office buildings for Nebraska Medicine.
