Kristy Lamb, CPM®, ARM®, is Vice President of Property Management for NP Dodge Management Company, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 4,500 multifamily units and 3 million square feet of commercial real estate across Nebraska and Iowa. With more than 28 years of experience, she specializes in operations, asset performance, risk management, and leadership development. Kristy serves on the Boards of Directors for IREM Nebraska Chapter 12 and NACPO, has been an IREM instructor for more than 10 years, and was recognized as the Apartment Association of Nebraska's 2023 Advocate of the Year. NP Dodge Management Company was also honored as the 2025 Apartment Association of Nebraska Property Management Company of the Year.
