Rosa serves as Senior Director of Multi-Family Operations for DP Management, LLC, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company's multifamily portfolio. She brings 17 years of experience in multifamily real estate and client services, spanning owner-operator, third-party property management, and asset management.

Rosa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and has earned her National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) accreditations through the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN). Her leadership within the association includes serving as Treasurer and, most recently, as President of the AAN Board in 2025. She also serves on the board of the Nebraska Association for Commercial Property Owners.
