Adam serves as Chief Legal Officer at Metonic, where he leads the firm's legal strategy, operational initiatives, and investment oversight. With more than nine years at Metonic, he plays a central role in shaping the company's investment activities and long-term strategic direction.

Before joining Metonic, Adam spent over 15 years as a partner at two prominent Midwestern law firms, focusing on corporate and real estate law. He brings deep experience on real estate acquisitions, fund structuring, and complex joint venture transactions.

A Nebraska native, Adam is a committed husband and father of two adult children.
