Sam J. Cooper is 41 years old and a life-long Omaha resident. He and his wife (Kate) have been married for 12 years and have 3 children (Sam – 11, Jim – 9, Jack – 7) and 2 dogs. Sam is a 2003 Graduate of Westside High School in Omaha, a 2009 Graduate of UNO, and a 2012 Graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law. After law school, Sam spent 4 ½ years as a Deputy County Attorney in Lancaster County before joining TitleCore National in March 2017 where he has remained since.

Since 2019, Sam has served as co-chair of the Nebraska Land Title Association’s Legislative Committee.

He also served as President of the Nebraska Land Title Association from 2024-2025 and was named the Nebraska Title Person of the Year in 2025.

When not working, Sam coaches youth football, baseball and basketball and even still plays old man basketball when his knees and wife allow him to.
