Patrick Cuddigan has been engaged in Commercial Construction, Real Estate, and Development for over 25 years and has been a part of the construction and development of multiple product types including: Multifamility, Hospitality, Industrial, Medical/Medical Office, Office and Data Centers.   Patrick is currently the President of PKC Project Consulting, an Omaha-based Consulting, Project Management and Owner’s Representation firm.  In addition to his responsibilities at PKC, Patrick is the Industry Fellow of Project Management at the Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction at UNL, where he has taught for over 15 years.
