Zach Reinhardt is a Principal of 1854 Development, a ground-up multifamily development firm building both urban and suburban projects across the Omaha metro area.

Zach brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience spanning valuation, banking, acquisitions, brokerage, and development, giving him a full-cycle view of where risk and opportunity actually live in a deal, from underwriting through construction to long-term ownership. He has led the development of more than 750 units representing over $150 million in project costs, built on the belief that resident experience and investment performance go hand in hand.

Zach holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Real Estate and Land Use Economics, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and serves on the Metropolitan Community College Board of Governors representing District 4.
