Kevin has built a strong reputation as a market leader in the Omaha/Lincoln Industrial Markets since joining Investors Realty, Inc. in 2011. Although his primary focus is industrial landlord and seller representation, Kevin has strong expertise in industrial land development and site selection. His expertise in commercial real estate and finance has been instrumental in his success, allowing him to excel in his role as an Industrial Specialist.

In the last 5 years, Kevin has successfully handled 254 transactions spanning almost 4.1 million SF of industrial space and 214 AC of industrial land. These deals combine for over $300 million in total value. He has been named a CoStar Top Power Broker Award several times for industrial transaction volume. Kevin earned his CCIM designation in 2018 and his SIOR designation in 2020, both of which are highly respected among commercial real estate professionals.

Kevin currently represents nearly 2.1 million SF of industrial space and 200 AC of industrial land.
