Tim is a lifelong Omahan, a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has been a broker with Investors Realty, Inc. since 1994. He is a Principal and the Managing Broker and Chairman of the firm.

Focusing mostly on the Greater Omaha Area, Tim specializes in investment real estate, land and office product.

Tim represents a handful of local families with substantial real estate interests as well as local institutions like Metropolitan Utilities District, Nebraska Methodist Health System and Omaha Public Power District.

Tim is active locally and nationally with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the CCIM Institute and serves on the boards of the Mid America Council of Boy Scouts, and Equitable Bank of Nebraska, among others. Tim is also a former member of the board of Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and has been active in the Chamber’s economic development efforts for two decades and received the Omaha Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year Award in 2019.

Tim’s wife Marcia is an intellectual property attorney. Their son Jim and his wife Danyelle live in Dallas with their three children and daughter Mary and her husband Leo are in the film industry and live everywhere
