Deb Graeve-Morrison is the former President of NAI NP Dodge and a commercial real estate leader in Omaha with experience dating back to 1991. Prior to joining NAI NP Dodge in 2010, she worked at Seldin Company as Executive Vice President of the commercial division. She oversees complex lease negotiations and represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers across office and retail markets.

She has worked with major clients including the General Services Administration, United Way, U.S. Postal Service, Children’s Hospital, First National Bank of Omaha, and others on build-to-suit, relocation, and investment assignments.

Deb is known for her leadership, negotiation expertise, and ability to manage high-profile, multi-market real estate projects with local, regional, and national impact.

Deb has also inspired and advocated for women and young professionals entering into the field, helping to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for the next generation of commercial real estate professionals.

Doug Nodgaard is a longtime community banker and civic leader whose 42-year career has allowed him to support many of the projects and people that have helped shape Omaha's growth.

As Community Bank President of Equitable Bank, Doug has worked alongside developers, business owners, and community leaders on a number of significant real estate projects. Among the projects he helped finance during his career, Doug's most notable was Omaha's first major downtown condominium development, a landmark project that helped reintroduce residential living to the city's urban core. Through a relationship-focused approach to commercial lending, he has helped provide capital for development and contributed to the area's continued expansion and vitality.

Under Doug's leadership, Equitable Bank's Omaha market has experience substantial growth, strengthening its position as a trusted finanial partner for businesses, developers, and families throughout the area.

Ember has been active in commercial real estate since 1993 and specializes exclusively in the sale of investment property. He has closed hundreds of millions of investment property in the Midwest and has been the lead broker involved with some of the largest investment transactions in the Omaha area.

Ember has represented Private Equity Groups, REITS, Tenant in Common sponsors and individual investors in the sale or acquisition of office buildings, shopping centers, multi-tenant industrial properties, and apartments throughout the Midwest.

Mike is the founder and CEO of Shamrock Development, Inc., a real estate development company whose vision, leadership, and commitment have helped shape the urban fabric and community of Downtown Omaha.

Shamrock Development and partners have developed or acquired more than 1.7 million square feet of mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial properties in the Omaha market, with a primary focus on Downtown Omaha. Notable projects include, the 1000 Dodge and 1009 Capitol buildings, The Paxton Condominiums, The Barker Building, 1501 Jackson Apartments, Keeline Building, the Papillion Professional Park, Hartman Avenue, and Abbott Drive Industrial, as well as the recently acquired Old Mill Centre. Shamrock was the vision and lead developer of The Capitol District, a $205+ million- mixed-use development located at 10th and Capitol which includes the Marriott Hotel.

An Omaha native, Mike is a graduate of Creighton Prep High School and Marquette University. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and has participated in the Strategic Coach entrepreneurial training program for 25 years. He has served on numerous civic boards and committees supporting urban development, Catholic urban education, and urban community growth in Omaha.
